Hiya! My name's Marta, & I'm a Record Time virgin - until next week, that is! I'm mega stoked on RTVIII. I'm usually pretty shy about putting my music out there, but I figure I'll never stop being shy until I start doing it.

My mic's been tested, my guitar's all tuned up, & I've rummaged through my mess of an apartment to find my melodica. So basically, I'm all geared up & set to go!

My musical inspirations as of late have included The Head & The Heart, Amos Lee, Broken Social Scene, & Mason Jennings... among others, of course. I'm going to try to go a little folky, a little earthy, & a little organic.
